We have arrived at a new vintageof Sin Cero, a winewithout added sulphites and produced through spontaneous fermentation.
A wine that goes beyond being organic and embodies the truest and most authentic interpretation of the territory, without interventions or compromises.
The nose starts slowly, with hints of red fruits and undergrowth. It needs a slight oxygenation, with two turns in the glass explodes primarily in the notes of violet and then red currant and wild cherry.
In the mouth it is fresh, mineral and slightly tannic. Easy drinking, it goes well with both simple and poor dishes of our tradition as the soppressa on hot polenta, both with fish dishes in red such as caciucco.
It gives the best fresh, around 10/12 ° C. Happy Sin Cero to all!
From 28 to 30 January 2019 we will be at Millèsime Bio in Montpellier in France.
An unmissable appointment for us that allows us to meet our importers and find new commercial partners.
This year we will present the new vintages of Valpolicella Superiore, Valpolicella DOC and Ripasso and also our Amarone Morar organic, new vintage 2012. The indisputed protagonist is Sin Cero, a spontaneous fermentation wine based on Corvina and Rondinella, without added sulphites, produced with indigenous yeasts and never filtered. Vintage 2018, of great impact, the seventh since we began the production of this wine in 2011.
