Our Specialities

In our estate we also produce organic extra virgin olive oil. We call it Verbasco as a yellow flower you can find in Valpolicella and is obtained from our olive groves with Favarol, Leccino Frantoio and Grignano varieties.

Using the pomace of our Amarone and Recioto, a still of excellence from our region produces also Recioto and Amarone spirits with alcoholic contents of 50% and 66.10% respectively
