IPERICO, the Valpolicella Classico, was the first organic wine we ever produced. It boasts floral, fruity and pleasantly spiced notes. It goes straight into the bottle, after racking, decanting and steel refinement. This is an everyday wine, fresh and easy-to-drink.
ILTABARRO, the Valpolicella Superiore, is produced selecting the best Valpolicella wine in our winery. This extremely versatile wine successfully combines fresh, fruity and soft oak notes. It is refined in wooden barrels for one year.
ARUSNATICO, the Ripasso, a textured wine which is also greatly fresh and fruity. According to tradition, it is produced from the second fermentation of the Valpolicella Superiore over the pomace of the Amarone. It features a brilliant colour, it is clean on the nose and boasts extreme elegance on the palate.
