Verona Rosso IGT

Without added yeasts, without added sulfites enzymes or clarifying agents, unfiltered.
Produced from grapes organically grown.


Grape varieties: Corvina 75% e Rondinella 25%.
Vineyard area: The grapes from organic farming have been produced in certified organic vineyard with average density 3000 and 5000 vines / ha.
The vines are planted on poor soils with a rock content.
Yield: 55 hl/ha.
Grapes Trelling System: Guyot e pergola
Harvest Date: Hand harvested during the second week of October.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts in a stainless steel truncated conical tank.
Regular pumping over is the primary extraction method. The wine remains for 9 days on the skins before being decanted and
refined for a few months. No sulfites are added to this wine, neither during the vinification, nor in the bottling phase.

Sugars: 2,87 g/l


The color of this wine is light purple red and its bouquet is very intense with notes of red berries, flowers and a touch of spices given by the varieties. To drink young and enjoy its liveliness.
