Harvest Date: Manually, mid september.
Vinification: The crushed grapes are fermented in special vats, shaped to breaking and mixing of the hat, repetitive task processed daily, racking. The fermentation temperature is maintained at about 16 ° C thanks to a system of automated refrigeration.
Elevage: 12 months in oak barrels and 6/8 in bottle.
