Grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.
Vineyard area: The grapes were grown in the estate’s own vineyards in the region of Valpolicella Classica. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2014.
Yield: almost 7 tonnes (5000 vines per hectar)
Training system: Guyot, single pergola and double pergola. Grapes are grown organically.
Harvest Date: The grapes are hand harvested from mid-September until the second half of October. Only manual harvesting for a careful control of the grapes.
Vinification: vinification in stainless steel tank. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 18-20°C. Remontage was done twice daily and the wine remained on the skins for a total of 15 days.
Elevage: in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After bottling the wine is aged for some months in the estate’s cellar before being released to the market.

TASTING NOTE
Purple red. Lovely, sweet and fresh cherry and raspberry. Succulent red fruit on the palate with a fresh note of herbs. Easy drinking wine, it goes well with a lot of dishes, like pasta spicy food, intense fish. Great aperitif when served chilled.
