Our wines bear their own names dedicated to the Valpolicella territories and history, and boast their own characters.
IPERICO,the Valpolicella Classico, was the first organic wine we ever produced. It boasts floral, fruity and pleasantly spiced notes. It is immediately after racking, decanting and steel refinement. This is an everyday, fresh and easy-to-drink wine.
ILTABARRO,the Valpolicella Superiore, is produced selecting the best Valpolicella wine in our winery. This extremely versatile wine successfully combines fresh, fruity and soft oak notes. It was refined in wooden barrels for one year.
ARUSANTICO,the Ripasso, a textured wine which is also greatly fresh and fruity. According to tradition, it is produced from the second fermentation of the Valpolicella Superiore over the pomace of the Amarone. It features a brilliant colour, it is clean on the nose and boast and extreme elegance on the palate.
